Responsibilities:

Responsible for Budgets, Customer Service, Managing, training and developing staff

Liaises with corporate Shared Services and SCU National leads for consistent delivery of Portfolio Services

Responsible for the handling and performance of service requests

Reporting to this position are the Facility Managers and Support Teams (TSC, PSC, & Admin)

Compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety legislation, guidelines, standards, policies, procedures and practices

Responsible for Budgets, Customer Service, Managing, training and developing staff

Responsible for the handling and performance of service requests

To ensure compliance with contract requirements and all applicable codes & regulations, this position liaises with the following positions to ensure the delivery of Portfolio Services:

Technical Manager - KPI’s, H&S, Call Centers, CMMS, applicable codes and regulations

QMS Coordinator – Quality Audits, Non Conformances, Process

Improvements

Finance Manager – Financial Systems and Processes (PO through vendor payments)

Program Delivery Manager - BMP, Projects, Commissioning,

Project Management Director – Revenue Development

Corporate Shared Services – Operations Support

National SCU Operations Mgrs - for consistent delivery of

Portfolio Services

Qualifications:

10 years experience in Real Estate Operations

Facility Management Professional (CPM, RPA, FMA, CFM) or equivalent is preferred

Knowledge of or experience with the PWGSC contracting process is an asset

Strong customer service experience

Demonstrated strong leadership ability

Ability to obtain Federal Government Security Clearance
